About Us

Emily Lefevre Talent Company is Central Ohio’s youth and teen theatrical production company — putting performers on stage in fully-staged musicals across Westerville, Delaware, Polaris, and Greater Columbus. We produce. We cast. We perform.

ELTC was founded by Emily Lefevre to create a safe space where young actors could share their creativity and discover what makes them unique. We believe young performers should have every opportunity to find their voice — on stage, in rehearsal, and in their own artistic growth. That’s why we offer two casting tracks: an audition-based track for performers ready to audition for roles, and a guaranteed-cast track so no one who wants to be on stage has to sit one out.

We also believe the process of getting there shouldn’t be a burden on families. There are no upfront audition fees — participation fees are only charged after casting, with scholarships available. And there is zero mandatory volunteering. You show up, your kid performs, and everyone goes home proud.

Emily Lefevre has been involved in theater all of her life. She found her love and passion for the stage at a young age and has explored every facet of it — from performance and technical work to directing and company management. With over 100 productions to her credit, Emily brings that experience directly to every performer who walks through our doors.
